Clearance shoes sighted at Target in Mankato, Minnesota. Three full endcaps marked 50-75% off.  The cute little Circo sandals are just $4.24.  If you haven’t yet used your Circo accessories coupon, you may be able to get them for even less (thanks to our Facebook friend who pointed out the coupon is not valid on shoes).  Again, I apologize for the bad quality photos here.  I will bring my better camera next time around!
