4-Ingredient Easy Berry Cobbler Recipe
2 bags frozen berries (I used blueberries and raspberries)
1 vanilla or white cake mix
1 can or bottle Sprite (12-oz. is fine. I used a 20-oz. bottle)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9×13 cake pan, layer your berries.
Sprinkle the cake mix on top evenly.
Pour the soda over the berries and cake mix, but do not mix. You’ll want the carbonation to create a foam and leave it there to form a crust. Bake 45-50 minutes or until it begins to brown on top.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
