The Target store in Harrisburg, PA has several racks of clothing on clearance in the infant/toddler department, I was surprised to find MANY items marked down by 70% even though the signs all said 30%.  Plus there is a Target printable coupon available for 15% off any kids apparel item.  I found several Circo brand items for just $1.28 after the coupon:

There is a NEW printable Target coupon for 15% off any kids’ apparel item.  The Target store in Harrisburg, PA has several racks of children’s clothing on clearance in the big girls, big boys, as well as the infant/toddler departments.  There are several items in those departments that are 50-70% off.  There are no exclusions written on the coupon.

*Note: If your local store doesn’t have a good stock of clearance items, the big boys and big girls departments both have shorts and shirt separates on price cut for $5 each.  Each one would be just $4.25 after the price cut and coupon.

The Target store in Harrisburg, PA only has a couple racks of infant/toddler clearance items.  A lot of what is on those racks is marked down by 50-70%.
