Check out your local store to see if there are any of these great gourmet seasonal foods are in your Target clearance. If so, they may be marked down by 70-90%. Note: The Harrisburg, PA store has they marked at 50% off but if you scan them they come down to 70% off. What’s nice is that they are not Halloween food items. They are fall or holiday items. I bought some caramel cream brownie mix, cranberry pecan pancake mix, spiced hot chocolate mix, and more. I look forward to using them this holiday season. Those pancakes will be perfect for Thanksgiving morning.

To locate these items, check an end cap in the grocery department or the Halloween clearance. I actually found them both places.

As I reported yesterday, many of the Target grocery clearance items that I took pictures of last week are now marked down by 50% (I just didn’t have my camera last time I was at Target). Included in those markdowns are select Mrs. Smith frozen pies that are now priced at $2.74 (reg. $5.49). Plus there is a printable coupon for $1/1 Mrs. Smith Pie (Facebook). So your final price is just $1.74. Remember this is clearance so the markdowns will vary by store.

Check the aisles and end caps at your local Target store for clearance deals on items like juice, chocolate, and other snacks. You may find printable coupons of even newspaper coupons to stack with these clearance price for more savings. One example is the Market Pantry juice. The cranberry-raspberry juice is marked down to $2.07. Use the Target printable coupon for $1/2 and pay just $1.57 a bottle.

Target Grocery Clearance: Frozen Meals (Many Pictures)

I was amazed at the amount of frozen meals that were marked down at the Target store in Harrisburg, PA. Usually it happens earlier in the year but the store here was slow to mark things down. Right now you can save 15-30%. However you can usually find coupons for many of the items marked down.

Your local Target store may be marking down select grocery items. I found a bunch of pantry staples marked down by 30%. There were also several that were 15% off, making them awesome deals if you can find coupons for them. However the pictures below just show 30% off items.

Check then end caps in the grocery section. You may still be able to find some good stuff for 50% off. The store here had about 1/3 of what was available 4 days ago, but there were still some good buys.

Target Grocery Clearance: Save 50% on Salsa, Soups, Oatmeal and More

When I was at Target on Tuesday afternoon, I spotted quite a few interesting food items on an endcap– most of them 50% off or more. I stocked up on soups for just around $1 per can, oatmeal, and organic whole wheat spaghetti. I also decided to give the “As Is” Chi-Chis Salsa a try. I’m not quite sure why it was labeled as such, but it looked fine to me!

These clearance deals vary by store. These were spotted at the Target store in Mankato, Minnesota on August 16th. YMMV.
